Orientation

Please email one of the following documents prior to your orientation. Submission of one document is required before enrollment in the program.

Please submit one of the following:

  • Court order or court referral (if you are on probation)
  • DMV Driving Record
  • Administrative Per Se (pink temporary license)

Important: The document must be complete, legible, and include the full page.

Note: Down payment is required at the orientation.

Sign Up For Orientation

You can sign up for a 1-hour orientation by registering below. If you schedule your appointment after 2:00PM on the day prior to the selected appointment date, you will be scheduled to the same day on the following week.
