Patient navigators are healthcare professionals who guide patients through the complex healthcare system and help patients overcome obstacles faced in accessing and receiving treatment. Patient navigators also coordinate care with other medical centers for specialty appointments such as cardiology.

We offer primary care options to fit your needs in the language you prefer. Our fully-licensed community health center serves all ages with compassion and respect. We offer comprehensive primary and preventive health care and we adopt a personal, attentive healthcare approach in our treatment of clients. We look forward to being your partner in good health.

Our primary care physicians and our Behavioral Health Psychologist work as a team to help you cope with your medical condition both physically and mentally.

A diabetes registry allows physicians to more closely monitor trends and patterns in patients’ health status and make appropriate care and treatment recommendations.

AACI immunization-trained healthcare professionals conveniently administer a wide range of recommended vaccines for you and your family as a simple, safe, and effective way to prevent many diseases.

AACI provides a wide array of services including annual exams, pap smears and pelvic exams, breast exams and mammogram referrals, birth control, emergency contraception, pregnancy testing and options counseling, sexual transmitted infection (STI) screening & treatment, gyn concerns, prenatal care, menopausal care & integrated mental health.

Our team of highly trained healthcare professionals has much experience to treat chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, arthritis, obesity, etc and also to prevent them by recommending healthy behaviors.
