Join us for a day of health and fun as we partner with the County of Santa Clara and the City of San José to host a Health Fair for the community! Get your kids checked up and vaccinated in preparation for going back to school. Take part in a health education workshop and get help signing up for healthcare coverage. Bring your kids for treats, fun activities, and giveaways! This event is FREE and OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. Check this website later for additional updates.
Free transportation will be provided to and from Rosemary Elementary School in the Cadillac Winchester neighborhood of San Jose. Beginning from 9:45 AM until 3:00 PM.
