Care Philosophy: I am a firm advocate in emotional health converging to physical health, specifically with sleep awareness. It has been my research pursuit to identify sleep prevalence in various behavioral markers. Many symptoms and diagnostic profiles can be seen or attributed to sleep, and that is something I want to address.”
