AACI Named Bay Area Top Workplace 2016

[San Jose, CA] Asian Americans for Community Involvement (AACI) is proud to announce that it has been voted by its employees among the Bay Area 100 Top Workplaces for 2016. This is the third time in recent years that AACI has received the award, which is based solely on an annual survey of company employees. AACI has served the community since 1973 and now has over 170 staff.
“AACI staff are our most valuable asset – their dedication and passion to serve the community make AACI an inspirational place to work at”, said Sarita Kohli, Interim President & CEO.
The Bay Area 100 Top Workplaces list is determined by results of employee feedback administered by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC. Employees respond to questions regarding engagement, organizational health and satisfaction.
Among AACI employees’ comments:
– “I can be creative, contributing to quality assurance.”
– “I can help people moving forward through counseling services. I’m able to do my job in a friendly and encouraging environment.”
– “We are helping people every day.”
– “They ask for my feedback and care what my perspective is.”
